We start off by listening. We want to know your wishes. We ask a lot of questions as well. We want to make sure we understand your vision, your goals, and of course, a little about you and your traveling companions.
Once we have the background we need, we start our research. There are quite a few moving parts that go into planning detailed custom itineraries.
Celebration or Special Occasions
Is this vacation a special occasion? Perhaps it’s a special anniversary, or a destination wedding. There are plenty of reasons to have a celebration vacation.
The number of people traveling is also an important part of the equation. Certain partners offer extra perks, including discounts and unique amenities if you have a required number of people traveling with you. If that’s the case, we can turn it into a Group. If you’re shy of that number, often times Vista Travel Associates will block group space anyway and open it up to others as a promotional group. Of course, this is solely at your discretion! If you’re open to it, it’s a great way to save money and earn extra perks too!
